Mom and I started making these in 2003. They feature a wide comfort band across the forehead with 15 pleats on each side to give the cap shape. It is elasticized around the back with a cord toggle to adjust the fit. The body of the hat is a 21" diameter circle and one size fits most. Special orders are welcome.
